1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accompanying materials.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@starnapo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive instructions on how to return the product and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. Once the returned item is received, we will send the replacement item of your choice, subject to availability.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

- Custom or personalized products
- Products that have been worn, used, or damaged through misuse
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in fulfilling the order. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you.
